One of the biggest projects our team undertook was establishing an efficient process in creating a large amount of designs/files for our canvas prints product. The design team wanted to refresh the design collection of our canvas' on our website, so in order to get designs live on our site as fast as possible we had to priortize tasks between our teams. This process along with handoff docs, size leveraging, and utilizing photoshop actions allowed the design team to focus on designing and enabled our team to focus on production, creating a smooth flow from handoff to production. A lot of collaboration between our team members and the design team was involved, creating an entirely new process of communication and work flow.
